Refund & Return Policy
Standard products
Contact Berg Builds within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom and personalized products
Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-specification products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed design.
Damage or order problems
Email within 7 days of delivery with the order email or receipt number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved. Berg Builds may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Normal print variation
Visible layer lines, minor seams, and small color or surface differences are expected in 3D-printed items and are not normally considered defects.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Square and the customer’s bank control final posting time. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless Berg Builds made an error.
