Yes. Open a product, choose from the available color options, and the selected colors will carry into your cart and Square checkout.

Yes. Use the Custom Order or Contact button to describe what you have in mind. Availability and pricing may vary.

Are small layer lines considered defects?

No. Slight layer lines, minor surface variations, and small cosmetic differences are normal parts of the 3D-printing process.

What is the return policy?

Eligible returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Hi! I'm Carson. I started Berg Builds because I love designing and creating awesome 3D printed products. Every item is printed with care and tested before shipping.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Berg Builds proudly ships throughout the United States. Flat-rate shipping is $6.00, and product orders of $20 or more receive free shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available near Memorial City Mall in Houston, Texas. For privacy and safety, the exact pickup location and instructions are provided directly after the order is confirmed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Because each product is individually manufactured using 3D printing, slight layer lines, minor surface variations, and small cosmetic differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
