Most in-stock and made-to-order products are prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom jobs and larger quantities receive their own estimated schedule. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping
Berg Builds ships within the United States. Standard product orders use the rate shown during checkout; current site pricing is $6.00 with free shipping on qualifying product orders of $20 or more. Tracking is sent when available. Carrier estimates begin after the package is accepted and are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy and delays
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact Berg Builds immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after shipment. Berg Builds is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or a package delivered to the address supplied at checkout, but will help with a carrier claim when practical.
Local pickup
Free pickup is available near Memorial City Mall in Houston. For privacy and safety, the exact address is not published on the website. Wait for a ready-for-pickup message before traveling. The message will include the private location and coordination instructions. Uncollected orders may be canceled or shipped at the customer’s expense after reasonable attempts to make contact.
