Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases and custom-print requests made with Berg Builds. By placing an order, you agree to the product description, price, fulfillment choice, and these terms.
Products and 3D-printing characteristics
Products are made individually. Layer lines, seams, and small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not defects. Colors may look different across screens and material batches.
Orders and payment
Website payment is processed by Square. An order is accepted when payment is completed and Berg Builds confirms it can be fulfilled. Berg Builds may cancel and refund an order that cannot be completed, contains an obvious pricing error, or appears fraudulent.
Custom work
A request form is not an order or a guaranteed quote. Custom work begins only after scope, timing, price, and payment terms are agreed. You confirm that you have permission to use any artwork or files you provide. Berg Builds may decline unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable requests.
Safety and intended use
Products are not intended for food contact, medical use, protective equipment, or safety-critical applications unless expressly agreed in writing. Small parts may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Berg Builds is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
